The Allweigh Torque Control System increases torque accuracy during pipe make up while decreasing the manpower required to operate. Detailed reports of every connection are automatically generated proving job completion and accuracy. Automated shut down eliminates over-torque and increases onsite efficiency.

Designed for easy installation and hands free operation, this system will monitor all torque readings and automatically release the hydraulic pressure when tongs reach the required torque value, as well as accurately logging all data acquired for each connection.

Our system will auto compensate for different operating speeds or changes in hydraulic fluid viscosity, making sure that optimal torque values are achieved.

If the software is connected with the hardware, you can quickly create new jobs. If no hardware is present, the software can be used to view previous job, and thus, is available free for anyone to download. This allows customers to quickly email or transfer the completed job file to anyone that needs to see it, immediately after the job is finished. You can also export the job to a spreadsheet format or print it off.

The software is designed to run to the limits of your pc. With todays modern computers, jobs can run continuously, 24 hrs a day, for months at a time, with very high data accuracy and speed.
