Windows Vista

1. Ensure the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center is installed and the handheld device has been configured to Sync with the computer.
2. Disconnect the handheld from the computer.
3. Insert the installation disc into your computer, click “Run setup.exe” when prompted then click allow to install the program (if installation does not start automatically, click start/computer/cd drive)


4. During installation if you are prompted with “An unidentified program wants to access your computer” click allow or the installation will not complete.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to install all components of the Allweigh Mobile Scale and RFID system.
6. When installation is complete, connect the handheld device.
7. The program will now be installed to the handheld, please do not use your computer during this process.
8. You will be prompted to check your device to complete the installation, click ok on the device.
9. Installation is complete.

Windows XP

1. Ensure the latest version of Microsoft ActiveSync is installed and the handheld device has been configured to sync with the computer.
2. Disconnect the handheld from the computer.
3. Insert the installation disc into your computer and follow the onscreen instructions to install the program (if the installation does not start automatically, click start/my computer/cd drive/setup.exe)
4. When installation is complete, connect the handheld device.
5. The program will now be installed to the handheld, please do not use your computer during this process.
6. You will be prompted to check your device to complete the installation, click ok on the device.
7. Installation is complete.
